In this narration Arabic words  فَأَغْضَبَاهُ فَلَعَنَهُمَا وَسَبَّهُمَا  are used it means the Prophet got sever angry on them, cursed on them and word سَبَّهُمَا is used which means abusive, insulting, offensive language for those two men on their face.

Quran says about the holy Prophet that the Prophet has extreme  high moral values and the Prophet himself says that I am here to complete (teach you) best high moral values. But Sahih Al Muslim shows different picture of the Prophet.
