Muta’h al hajj in Quran
And accomplish the pilgrimage and the visit for Allah, but if, you are prevented, (send) whatever offering is easy to obtain, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches its destination; but whoever among you is sick or has an ailment of the head, he (should effect) a compensation by fasting or alms or sacrificing, then when you are secure, whoever profits [tamattaʿa] by combining the visit with the pilgrimage (should take) what offering is easy to obtain; but he who cannot find (any offering) should fast for three days during the pilgrimage and for seven days when you return; these (make) ten (days) complete; this is for him whose family is not present in the Sacred Mosque, and be careful (of your duty) to Allah, and know that Allah is severe in requiting (evil).
– Quran 2:196
"...whoever profits [tamattaʿa] فَمَن تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ by combining the visit with the pilgrimage (should take) what offering is easy to obtain..."
The above verse of the Holy Quran word tamattaʿa is used which allows mutah al-hajj forever. There is no other verse in quran which cancel the above verse. There is no hadith by the Prophet (pbuh) which cancels the mutah al-hajj.

We can imagine how the companions of the Prophet were scared from Umar bin Khattab as we can see the great companion like Imran bin Husain said if I get better and live life conceal this truth that Umar bin Khattab practiced this thing against Allah's law.
We know it is very hard for the Sunni fellows to believe about such facts that how come the Companions of the Holy Prophet(pbuh) were scared from Umar bin Khattab. But the reality is very different which we can see in above narration how people did not want to have trouble with those Caliphs who performed against Allah and his Prophet.
2. Narration by Aisha (wife of the Holy Prophet)
The Companions hesitated to obey the Holy Prophet(pbuh), the Prophet got angry and Aisha cursed

Please read the narration that the Prophet ordered his companion to perform their Hajj according to his instructions but they hesitated and Prophet got angry upon them. The Prophet came angry and Aisha cursed on those who made the Prophet angry. The Holy Prophet did not stop Aisha to say bad words against those people who made the him angry.
3. Abu Nadra reported:
We can read in above narration that two Mutta,as were banned by Umar bin Khattab.
4. Narration of Ibn Abbas about Mutah al-hajj
We find in above narration by ibn eAbbas that Mutah al Hajj is allowed until the day of Resurrection.
5. ( Third Caliph) Uthman knowingly performed Hajj against the Sunnah of the holy Prophet

6. Umar bin khittab knowingly change the Ruling of Mutah al-hajj
We can clearly read in this narration that Umar bin Khattab said he do not approve that ruling of Hajj which was paracticed by the holy Prophet.
The Muslim Ummah need to think that those blessings which are granted by Allah(swt) and his Prophet to humanity but Umar bin Khattab took away those blessings from the Muslims.
We do not want to give more comments about Umar bin Khattab but we only know that anyone who go against Allah and His Prophet and changed the laws of Allah for his own reasons this is very severe thing. We can just feel sorry for it.
Conclusion: We have posted the verse of the Holy Quran and seven narrations from Bukhari and Muslim to prove Mutah al-hajj. It is very strange that those people who claimed that all the narrations of Bukhari and Muslim are true, still they want to follow the Sunnah of Umar bin Khattab rather than Quran and Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (pbuh)!
